Mike and Wendy Walton will be opening this Restaurant VERY SOON - hopefully sometime this Fall/Winter. With both living in this area, we know just how much we need a great family restaurant that has awesome food, great service and a fun atmosphere and we hope to provide just that. Our plan is to serve great smoked meats and vegetables, along with grilled food with amazing flavor, many appetizers, sides and desserts to choose from. We will also be offering soda’s, great lemonades, beer, wine and limited amount of specialty drinks. With as much fresh farm to table options as possible. We will have large screen TV's throughout to sit and watch the games and all those special sporting events, along with live family music frequently on the patio. We will be located on Pocahontas Road where the old Midway Grocery and Pizza Buffet place used to be. Our goal is to use the old store for the kitchen and some inside seating as well as adding a large covered/heated/cooled patio area that will seat an additional 65+ people. We will be offering take-out and catering as well, along with taking reservations for special events and gatherings. Currently our plan is to be opened for dinner Tuesday thru Thursday, and then lunch and dinner Friday thru Sunday. It’s going to be a breath of fresh air for McCalla/Bessemer area and all of us who live here and those who come thru. Watch for the progress, offers and updates to begin soon!
